Our Queer Open Mic is back on Sunday 9.8 with host Molly O’Leary and this will also be a special tribute to their cat Loki who suddenly passed away.
From Molly..
“Songs for Loki” is a September open mic series in memory of my cat who unexpectedly passed away at 3 years old from a heart condition. Loki always loved music, and I want to invite any musicians, poets, etc. who want to perform to come out and sing for him. Any donations collected would will go toward the medical bills from the emergency vet. There will also be a pre-order link posted soon with Loki merch for sale, thanks to @togetherpress. Lastly, the gofundme link is below for anyone who would like to donate. The gofundme will close on October 1st. Thank you all for your support. Grief is hard, but music and community are so healing. ???????????????
